Foundations
The full base: Terraform for everything, CI/CD pipelines, environments, secrets, monitoring. The setup a first infrastructure hire would take a year to build.
New platforms built from the ground up, and migrations in any direction. A defined scope, a fixed price, and a finish date we actually mean.
This is project work: a defined scope, a real deadline, and infrastructure that outlasts the people who built it.

Kubernetes done properly: autoscaling, deployments, observability. Or the honest advice that you do not need it yet. We give that too.
Any direction: onto the cloud, between clouds, off the cloud when the math says so, or onto our own metal. Planned around your uptime, not our convenience.
The audit found the waste, this is where it gets removed: rightsizing, storage, commitments, idle everything. Small scope, fast payback.
The technical half of compliance: logging and audit trails, access control, encryption, backups, monitoring. A licensed CPA firm runs the audit itself, and the policy side is its own track. We prepare the infrastructure so the audit finds what it expects.
Every project starts with a written scope: what gets built, what does not, and what done means. The price is attached to that scope and does not move. If you want something outside it, we scope that separately, and you decide. No meters running, no surprise line items, no quiet expansions.
Migrations are planned backwards from one question: what is the maximum downtime you can accept, including none.
Everything rehearses before it happens.
Written so a new engineer can follow it without you in the room.
The whole setup explained once, kept for whoever joins later.
With your team, live, until the questions run out.
And for the first thirty days after handover, questions and fixes on anything we built are on us. After that, some teams run it themselves. Some hand it straight to our managed service. Both are fine outcomes.
A fixed price for a defined scope, agreed before we start. Larger builds break into staged milestones, each with its own price and its own deliverable.
We will tell you what we would build, what we would not touch, and roughly how long it takes. Sometimes the answer is that your current setup is fine. We say that too.
