WHO WE ARE
Mikula Systems LLC, a company registered in New Jersey, United States.
WHAT WE COLLECT
Three kinds of data. What you choose to send through the contact form: your name, work email, an optional company or website, your message, and an optional bill range. Analytics about your visit, described in the next section. And the technical details every website receives to answer at all: your address, your browser, the page you asked for. This site has no accounts, no newsletters, and no sign ups.
WHAT WE USE IT FOR
Form messages: to reply to you and to discuss the work you asked about. Analytics: to see which pages are read and where visitors come from. We do not sell data, share it for marketing, or add you to any list.
Where consent is required, Google Analytics runs on your consent alone and stops the moment you withdraw it. Everywhere else it runs on our own interest in understanding how the site is read, and stops just as immediately when you turn it off. The cookieless count runs either way, on that same interest; it stores nothing on your device and cannot identify you. Your message we handle because you sent it and asked for an answer. Nothing here makes automated decisions about you.
WHERE IT LIVES
Form submissions are stored on our own servers in Germany. Beyond that we use a small number of established providers: a network and security provider that carries every request to this site, including the address it comes from; an email provider for correspondence; a delivery provider for form notifications; a scheduling provider for bookings; and two analytics providers. Each processes only what its job needs, under a data processing agreement. The two analytics providers are named in the section above; we will name the rest on request.
We are a United States company, and some of those providers are based there too. Where that means your data leaves the European Economic Area, it travels under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or under the standard contractual clauses in that provider's agreement.
We keep correspondence for as long as the conversation and ordinary business records require. Ask us to delete yours, and we will.
YOUR RIGHTS
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it, object to it, or send you a copy to take elsewhere. You can withdraw analytics consent at any time through Cookie settings. Send requests through the contact form. We answer data requests within one month, and ordinary messages usually within a day, sometimes a few.
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom and you think we have handled your data badly, you can also complain to your national data protection authority.

This website and its content belong to Mikula Systems LLC. The site is provided as is, for information: nothing on it is a binding offer, and engagements are governed by their own signed agreements.
